Terms and Conditions Summary

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your FIRST appointment at the salon. We may require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

Online Booking System - Fresha

We have a online booking system in place. This is used for ALL appointments. We prefer you to book online but we can book you in to, if required. You will need to confirm your appointment by adding your personal details and card details in the system, we have no access to these. Any changes to your payment will be your responsibility to update these using the app. Confirming your appointment will ensure your appointment has been secured for yourself and payment can be taken this way. All appointments must be confirmed this way or we may cancel the appointment without giving you notice.

Cancellations and fail to attend policy

Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. However, if you fail to attend we will charge you 100% of the booking. Cancellations should be made by calling or texting us on 07731828029.

You will be notified by text and email 24 hours prior your appointment for a reminder, please do not rely on this method and make a note in your diary as we will not be held responsible for missed appointments.

Sadly a few people think its OK to be late or fail to attend an appointment without any notice so we now have a deposit system in place for this. I understand it’s only a few people, but this system now applies to everyone. Good attenders need not worry. A deposit is required for long appointments, I ask for a 50% deposit at the time of consultation / test patch appointment prior to your treatment appointment.

When you attend the appointment this will be deducted off your final bill, or can be refunded if you decide to cancel the appointment, provided that you give me at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation.

Within our online booking system, it shows us how many times each client has attended and failed appointments. Detailing the date, time and reason. Sadly if you are a regular poor attender I reserve the right not to allow you to book any further appointments. .I understand illness can not be predicted, but ask you to give me as much notice as possible so wasted treatment time is kept to a minimal.

Prepaid Courses of Treatments Have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will NOT be accepted after the expiry date.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.

Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment.

You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.

Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated on the voucher at time of purchase.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Smoking

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.

Children

Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment. All children under the age of 16 years will require parental consent before any treatment takes place.

Hygiene Salon

Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer.

Payment

We accept cash and most credit and debit Cards are accepted including American Express.

Patch Testing

We follow all manufactures instructions, therefore we will not under ANY circumstances carry out any treatment without a skin/patch test within the last 6 months in the salon. Patch testing is required at least 48 hours prior your appointment for all clients who have not had a treatment within the last 6 months at the salon or have never had eyelash/brow tinting, lash lift, microdermabrasion, eyelash extensions and hair colour at the salon. If you have not had a patch test at the salon we will not carry out the treatment.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Complaints, fixes and repairs

You can complain about your service, service standard or anything else affecting your experience either, by email [email protected].

Nail Repairs

We will repair any damage to gel polish, builder gel or extension services for free within 3 days of your appointment, we must have been notified of the damage within 3 days of your appointment or a fee will be applied. Damage includes but not limited to; lifting, chipping, peeling. We will however not repair damage for free if the damage has been caused by activities that have not followed our aftercare advice which is given at the time of booking the appointment.

We reserve the right to use our own discretion to decide whether the damage was caused by any activities that are likely to cause nail damage and are contrary to our aftercare advice. In this situation, we will charge a rate of £3 per nail for gel polish repairs and £4 per nail for express gel nail extensions and builder gel repairs. Your date and time will need to be booked via our booking system or phone.

Outside of the free repair period, the same fee applies.

Your date and time will need to be booked via email or phone and a price given for the repair.

Normal polish services have no guarantee from the time you leave. You will receive aftercare advice both on our services web pages and verbally on how to avoid smudging after you leave the salon. We take no responsibility if this advice is not followed.

If you are unhappy with your colour or nail art, this is not covered as a free repair job. Please be advised you can mention this to us during your service but this may be charged at our standard rate.

Fixes need to be booked in and there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a fix if you complain in the salon. In this scenario, we will accommodate you at the next best convenient time for you. You are advised to book the time via our online booking system, email or phone to guarantee your fix time.

If you are complaining about the general standard of your service, you are welcome to attach photos to an email to provide clear evidence for our management. We may ask you for more information to help us finalise a response to your complaint. The response you receive will be decided on a case by case basis, taking into account all the information provided by you, and will be entirely at our own discretion.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our services. We will however, repair free of charge or rectify anything you are unhappy with.
